Exchange Policy – Wear Your Vogue
At Wear Your Vogue, we offer exchanges only in the following cases:
If the product delivered is different from the order placed.
If the product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
To raise a claim, customers are required to provide a complete unboxing video as proof.
Unboxing Video Guidelines:
1. Start recording before opening the package.
2. Clearly capture the shipping label and tracking details on the parcel.
3. Show the package 360° from all sides, ensuring it is sealed and untampered.
If the parcel is damaged or tampered with, do not accept it. Record a video and share it with us immediately.
4. Begin unboxing on camera in one continuous video (no cuts, edits, or pauses).
5. Inspect the product thoroughly in the video. Any defect must be clearly visible in the recording.
Claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video. Only then can we process your request for an exchange.
